He explained that they installed a rock lined ditch (photo 4) in the channel that was planned to be vegetated, because a ground water spring is flowing water through it. E&S controls are in place to comply w: A^§ 3258. (a.1) Preoperation inspections.--The operator may not commence drilling activities until the DEP has conducted an inspection of the unconventional well site after the installation of erosion and sediment control measures. JLP |
