| 2682305 | Primary Facility | 2018-01-11 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | I conducted a routine inspection of the SWN Production Company's T1-24-Long Run Timber B well pad located in Morris Twp., Tioga Co. on 1/11/2017 @ 1400 hours. The weather was 53 degrees and partly cloudy. Present onsite for the inspection were Tracy Gregory, SWN Enginerring Regulatory Analyst; Tom Chitwood Jr., SWN Construction Foreman and Seth Tratthen, SWN Sr Regulatory Analyst.
Construction of the T1-24-Long Run Timber B Well Pad (ESG29-117-15-0018) was suspended in late 2015/early 2016 due to financial reasons. Approximately 6100' of the access road has been constructed. E&S BMPs are in place. The road appears stabilized. The original 4H well permit was renewed 10/13/2016 and expired 10/13/2017. The 6H permit expired 8/11/2016. Applications for 3 new well permits the 5H, 6H and 7H, were submitted fall of 2017, and are "active" in the system but no issuance date is listed.
