2722511 Primary Facility 2018-04-20 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted A routine inspection of the Mitstifer well was conducted April 20, 2018. At the time of inspection; SWN was on location along with third party slickline unit over well. Only one casing, approximately 8", was observed above ground level. The crew had a 5.9" gauge ring in the hole and reportedly tagged at 2219'. They were stuck coming out of the hole at the time of inspection.
2743351 Primary Facility 2018-06-20 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted A routine inspection of this abandoned well was conducted June 20, 2018. In recent months, SWN energy has built a pad, well cellar, removed part of casing, and entered wellbore for well diagnostic work in preparation of plug and abandonment. At the time of inspection, the location was vacant. The well had ~8" casing sticking up approximately 2' above ground level. The casing had a bucket over it. The cellar was partially full of fluid. No bubbling was observed.
2775385 Primary Facility 2018-09-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted A routine inspection of this abandoned well was conducted September 13, 2018. Earlier this year, SWN energy built a pad, well cellar, removed casing, and entered wellbore for well diagnostic work in preparation of plug and abandonment. At the time of inspection, The well had ~8" casing extending up from the well cellar to a point approximately 2' above ground level. The casing had a bucket over it. The cellar was partially full of fluid. No bubbling was observed.
2834390 Primary Facility 2019-01-31 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted A routine inspection of this abandoned legacy well was conducted January 31, 2019. SWN Production Company LLC has temporarily abandoned this well after removing casing, re-entering the well, and losing tools in the well in attempt to gather wellbore diagnostics. At the time of inspection, the location was snow-covered. The well was fenced-off and a bucket is placed over ~8" casing. The snow surrounding the well was clean; no evidence of discharge was observed. No gas was detected with an Altair 5x gas meter in the ambient air surrounding the well. No obvious major issues were observed on location during this inspection.
