The weather was 52 degrees and sunny. WD Smith is the construction contractor. Construction is scheduled to be complete by 5/20/2017. As of todays inspection, Silt sock has been installed around the perimeter of the disturbed area. The rock constructed entrance is almost complete. Ditches are in the process of being constructed. The water pad has achieved final grade and is being used as a staging area for construction equipment. A copy of the well permit, ESCGP and onsite inspection log was located in the mailbox. An adequate site
ID sign was observed at the entrance to the access road. No violations are noted at this time. Please contact Mathew Nuss to schedule a prespud inspection when necessary. I departed the site at 1130 hours. |
