Site snow covered. 1H, 2H, 4H, 6H, 8H, 10H wells in production. 24H (Utica well) recently drilled/stimulated (2016). Observed containment structures. No standing fluid/puddles on pad or in containment. Permanent stabilization and E&S controls not observed due to snow cover. Impoundment was approximately 2/3 full and frozen over/snow covered. Site is not restored. SWEPI's two-year restoration extension request was approved on 6/18/15. No violations were cited during the inspection. TLT
2670995 Primary Facility 2017-12-13 Site Restoration No Violations Noted The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) completed a restoration inspection of the SWEPI LP Yungwirth 307 wellsite located in Charleston Twp, Tioga County on December 13, 2017 at 1100 hrs. This inspection was in response to receipt of a Well-site Restoration Report submitted via esubmission for the 1H, 2H, 4H, 6H, 8H, 10H, and 24H wells. The weather was 21 degrees, sunny winds W 20 mph. Snow covering some areas. Vegetation still visible.

Due to conditions observed onsite during this inspection, this NOT is recommended for approval. The WSRRs will be reviewed and processed. I departed the site at 1215 hours.

2842794 Primary Facility 2019-02-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a routine inspection of SWEPI's Yungwirth 307 Well pad in Charleston Twp, Tioga County on 2/21/2019 at 1130 hours. The inspection log was in the mailbox by the production tanks and stated that the last inspection was completed on 2/17/2019 and noted no issues.

There are currently 7 wells producing onsite. The 24H appears to be flowing back. The site remains well vegetated and no erosional issues were seen. PCSM BMPs are in place and functioning. No evidence of spills could be seen. All containment structures were intact and functioning.

No violations noted today, I departed the site at 1205 hours.
