The weather was overcast and 21 degrees with 1-1.5” snow on the ground. An adequate site ID sign was observed at the entrance to the access road. The old ESCGP was located in the box along with the drilling permits and onsite inspection log. The site was last inspected by company personnel on 1/11/2016 with “no visible issues” in the comments section. The current E&S plan onsite is the Rieppel Meter permit No. 5090804. The site was re-permitted in 2012 under the ESCGP#ESX12-117-0019. An updated copy of the permit and the E&S plan should be placed in the mailbox onsite. |
