SWEPI LP has not notified the WQS of an intent to spud the first well on this site as of the date of this inspection. |

The valid site ID sign is located at the entrance to the access road. The site was last inspected by company personnel on 9/21/2016 with “no visible issues” recorded in the comments section by JC.
Three cellars were visible on well pad, however none of the wells appear to have been spudded. eFACTS shows one well permit #117-21746 on the site. This well permit expired 9/18/2015. No other active well permits were found. All E&S controls appear to be functional. Fill slopes are stabilized with vegetation. No violations are noted at this time. I departed the site @ 1230 hours .
