2854097 Primary Facility 2019-03-14 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a routine inspection of SWEPI's Edkin 499 Well Site in Sullivan Twp, Tioga County on 3/14/2019 at 1355 hours. The weather was partly cloudy and 57 degrees. The E&S Plan was available in the mailbox at the entrance by the act 9 sign. The onsite inspection log was found in the mailbox by the production tanks. Company personnel last inspected the site on 3/11/2019, noting no issues.

There are currently 4 producing wells onsite, the Edkin 499 2H, 4H, 6H & Edkin 609 2H. The site is very well vegetated and stabilized. No erosional issues was observed. Containment structures were intact and functioning. No leaks, spills, or releases were seen. PCSM BMPs are installed and functioning per plan.

The production tanks are experiencing moderate corrosion. No violations noted today. I departed the site at 1430.
