| 2745735 | Primary Facility | 2018-06-26 | Site Restoration | No Violations Noted | The DEP conducted a RESTORATION inspection of the SWEPI LP - Westbrook 487 Well Pad located in Richmond Twp., Tioga Co. on 6/26/2018 @1145 hours. The weather was 72 degrees, humidity 42% winds S 7mph. There was no personnel or activity onsite.
The access road, tank pad area, and well pad were observed. The tank pad has been removed and the area is supporting greater than 70% perennial vegetative cover. The main pad has been reduced to approximately 275' x 400'. Volunteer vegetation was observed on the pad surface. Upgraded PCSM BMPs were observed in the form of an infiltration basin below the fill slope. The Westbrook 1V well head was observed, as well as conductor pipes and well tags for the 1H, 3H, 5H, and 13H. No violations are noted at this time. I departed the site at 1300 hours. |
