The inspection was conducted in response to receipt of a Wellsite Restoration Report, via esubmission, for the 1H, 3H, and 5H. The weather was 21 degrees overcast, winds WNW 14 mph. Some snow cover on the ground, but vegetation still visible.
The pad size has been reduced to ~275' x 400' which SWEPI feels is necessary for the operator to safely perform all operations. The tank pad has been reclaimed. Both sediment traps have been converted into infiltration basins. The site is supporting >70% vegetative cover. The 7H well has been plugged. The 1H, 3H, and 5H appear shut in but are listed as "active". The WSRRs will be reviewed and processed. No violations are noted at this time. I departed the site at 1500 hours. |
