The inspection was conducted in response to a Notice of Termination received by the DEP. The weather was 47 degrees and cloudy.
One well listed as inactive is on this site. All PCSM practices appear to be in place and functioning properly. The site appears stabilized, well vegetated and no temporary E&S BMPs were observed. A well site restoration report has been accepted by the DEP. I recommend this Notice of Termination for approval. No violations noted at this time. I departed the site at 1330. |
