The NOT was terminated on 11/22/2016. The 1V, 1H - 3H and 23H wells have been drilled. The 1H-3H and the 23H appear to be in production. The tank and containment onsite inspection log was last updated May 28, 2018. No issues were noted. The access road and rock Lined ditches appear to be in good shape. Some minor erosion was observed at the top of the rock channel spanning from the center of the pad to the infiltration basin. No violations were noted at this time. I departed the site at 1440 hrs. |
