Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2117044 Primary Facility 2012-11-20 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted 1H-4H conductor set, 5H, 6H drilled
2301457 Primary Facility 2014-08-05 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted
2594419 Primary Facility 2017-05-17 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted There are two wells on site capable of production; both have well tags. There are four plugged wells on this site; all have monuments. The containment structures around the produced fluid tanks appears to be in tact with no leaks or staining observed. No corrosion on the tanks was observed. The operator is reminded that weekly inspections are required to be conducted in till such time as the notice of termination has been approved by the DEP
2600346 Primary Facility 2017-06-02 Administrative/File Review No Violations Noted And administrative inspection was completed to document the fact that in a previous inspection report, due to a typographical error in department records, it was incorrectly noted the erosion and sedimentation control general permit (ESCGP)h had expired. The ESCGP for this site actually expires on 12/3/2019.
2649305 Primary Facility 2017-10-19 Site Restoration No Violations Noted The DEP arrived on site at approximately 12:55 PM the weather was clear sunny in approximately 60 degrees with a slight breeze. This inspection was conducted in response to a notice of termination received by the DEP on September 22nd 2017 The Notice of termination is recommended for approval. The DEP departed the site at approximately 1:30 PM
2744671 Primary Facility 2018-06-22 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted I took electrical conductivity from water in secondary containment with an Oakton PCSTestr 35. I did not see any standing liquid outside of containment. JLP
