The NOT was received by the Department on 7/1/2015. The weather was 70° and partly cloudy with a chance of thunderstorms in the area. No temporary E&S controls were observed onsite. This inspection meets the requirements of Pa Code §102.22 (a) (1)(2). No violations were sited during this inspection. This NOT is recommended for approval at this time.
