Tioga County conducted September 12, 2016 at 12:45 pm. There remains a lease road off Arnot road about 6/10 a mile West of Power Line road. The pad is vegetated, enclosed in a deer fence. At the time of inspection; The casing was cut below ground level, and there is a 2” candy-cane vent to surface with metal ID sign welded to the vent. I detected no gas with an Altair 5x gas meter in the vent or outside the vent at ground level. There was no sign of any problems. |
