The last inspection conducted on behalf of the operator was on 5/7/12 by Penn E&R. There was 17 wheelie tanks on-site and they were on containment. Several puddles on the pad (not on containment) were screened for elevated conductivity, none exhibited high readings. One area on containment had a reading of 4.27 mS. This was located near the wheelie tank N37013. There were multiple holes observed in the liner, but none in the area of the elevated reading. The cause of the elevated reading should be determined and corrected. The liquid on the liner should be collected and disposed of properly. The integrity of the liner should be retired as soon as possible. No erosion issued were observed during this inspection. No new violations were cited during this inspection. - MRN |

The well pad was previously in interim restoration with 4 wells observed drilled, 3 of which appear to be in production. As of today's inspection contractor JL watts is in the process of expanding the pad. Temporary erosion and sediment control's appear to be installed as specified in the plan drawings. The well pad was previously in interim restoration with 4 wells observed drilled, 3 of which appear to be in production. 4 new well cellars were observed on the pad surface. An infiltration basin was observed below the north side of the well pad. Temporary BMPs were observed in the form of CFS below the newly constructed pony pad and below the pad expansion area.
