2826092 Primary Facility 2019-01-14 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a routine inspection of SWEPI's Fish 301 Well Pad in Richmond Twp, Tioga County on 1/14/2019 at 0850 hours. The inspection was conducted to assess site conditions. Weather was 10 degrees and sunny.

There are 4 wells onsite with three capable of producing and one highland production tank onsite. The site remains wells vegetated and stabilized. No erosion issues were seen on the pad. All fluids on the pad surface were frozen solid today.

No violations noted today, I departed the site at 0915.
