The last inspection conducted by Penn E&R on behalf of SWEPI was on1/4/2013. The well pad was snow-covered and no issues were evident. The 1V well was drilled on 8/9/2010 and plugged 10/1/2011. The 1H, 2H, 3H, 4H, 5H & 6H are drilled and in production. No new violations were cited during this inspection.
