2414241 Primary Facility 2015-10-08 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted Routine inspection. Interim restoration has been completed. The pad footprint remains the same, however, parts of the pad have been vegetated to reduce impervious cover. No issues were noted. TLT
2435744 Primary Facility 2015-12-21 Site Restoration No Violations Noted Restoration inspection. Received the Notice of Termination and Well Site Restoration Reports on 12/15/15. Interim restoration completed. Majority of well pad has been revegetated. Tank storage pad, sediment traps and rock-lined channels have been removed. Site is permanently stabilized and temporary E&S controls have been removed. Recommend approval of the Notice of Termination. Restoration Reports acknowledged on 12/21/15. TLT
2643569 Primary Facility 2017-10-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 10/4/17 at 0825 hrs I conducted an inspection at the Stock 144 well site. It was sunny and 50 degrees F. No one was present during my inspection.

The 1H - 6H wells have been drilled and are in production; the 144D well was plugged on 9/9/12. The wells were tagged. The production equipment has built-in containment, which appeared to be in good condition. No staining or evidence of spills was noted on the pad surface.

The Stock Compressor Station is located adjacent (east) of the well pad and was gated and locked. A poly tank was observed in containment within the fenced area of the compressor station. The tank was between 1/3 - 1/2 full; a minimal amount of water was in the tank containment.

Routine containment inspections are being conducted; the last inspection was on 9/30/17.

Interim restoration has been completed and the site is permanently stabilized. The Notice of Termination and Well Site Restoration Reports were approved in December 2015.

No violations were cited during this inspection. I con
