| 2504823 | Primary Facility | 2016-07-26 | Site Restoration | No Violations Noted | The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) inspected the SWEPI LP – Schimmel 830 site (ESX10-117-0235) in Farmington Twp., Tioga Co. on 7/26/2016 @ 1000 hours. The weather was 78° and sunny. An adequate site ID was observed at the entrance to the access road. The mailbox contained the onsite E&S inspection log, a copy of the E&S plan and a copy of the well permit. The site was last inspected by company personnel on 7/5/2016 “no visible issues” noted in the comments.
The site consists of a small vertical well pad ~125’ x 150’. The pad is mostly covered by annual vegetation. The cut and fill slopes are stabilized with >70% vegetative cover. No temporary E&S controls were observed. The landowner appears to have planted soy beans around the perimeter of the LOD. This site meets the requirements of 25 PA Code 102.22. It is recommended the NOT be approved. The WSRR has been reviewed and processed. No violations are noted at this time. I departed the site @1030 hours. |
