Water pooling on RHS of entrance. Water in crestellars.” |

The site was last inspected by company personnel on 10/25/2015. The well site consists of six cellars one of which contains a plugged well. The majority of the pad area has been revegetated. E&S controls appear to be functional but snow-covered. No fluid was observed on the pad surface. No violations were noted during this inspection. Please contact me with any questions. |
