| 2386704 | Primary Facility | 2015-07-01 | Site Restoration | No Violations Noted | The Department inspected the SWEPI LP – Butler 853 site in Middlebury Twp., Tioga Co. on 7/1/15 @ 1330 hours, in response to Notice of Termination (NOT) received by the Department on 6/30/2015. The weather was 72° and partly cloudy. The Site Restoration Plan submitted with the NOT shows a pad size of 150’ x 125’ with the area surrounding the pad regraded to approximate original contour. The current site conditions observed seem to match the Initial Development Plan located in the E&S plan and not the Site Restoration Plan. The pad size was measured at ~168’ x 204’. What appears to be the topsoil stockpile is still visible along the southern and western edges of the pad surface. The well site has not been restored in accordance with Act 13 of 2012, Section 3216 (a), (c), and (e). |
