Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1989816 Primary Facility 2011-07-18 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2015696 Primary Facility 2011-11-01 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted

2396160 Primary Facility 2015-07-29 Site Restoration No Violations Noted Interim restoration completed
2555853 Primary Facility 2017-01-25 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine inspection to assess overall site conditions. No SWEPI representatives were present.

The site has been partially restored. A Notice of Termination and Well Site Restoration Reports were approved by the Department of Environmental Protection on July 29, 2915 (Inspection Nos. 2396159, 2396160, 2396161, 2396162, 2396163). No evidence of accelerated erosion or sedimentation was observed during this inspection. No violations were cited.

2777003 Primary Facility 2018-09-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Weather was 72° and partly sunny at time of inspection. There were no Rockdale Marcellus representatives on location at time of inspection. Well had digital pressure monitoring equipment attached to the pay line and to the production casing. There was a 0-5k analog pressure gauge attached to the pay line and to the production casing but neither gauge appeared to be functioning at time of inspection. There were four annulus vents plumbed to surface, 2x2", 1x1 1/2" and 1x1". 0% combustible gas was detected in any location at time of inspection. No violations were noted at time of inspection.
2853476 Primary Facility 2019-03-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine inspection conducted to assess overall site conditions. Four wells are staged for production. The well tags on the well heads say Shell Appalachia instead of Rockdale. The Department recommends replacing the well tags. A battery of frac tanks are staged on site within secondary containment. The tanks and containment appear to be good condition. Four GPUs are present and have some moderate corrosion. The GPUs are labeled appropriately. Two steel double-walled produced water tanks are present, are in good condition, and are appropriately labeled. No emergency response plan was found on site. The Department recommends keeping this on site. The well pad is partially restored. There is one infiltration basin to the east of the pad. No E&S issues noted.

No violations noted.
