The weather was sunny and 47 degrees. There is one vertical well on the pad API#37-117-20839 Empson 899 1V. The pad measured ~ 150’ x 125’. The surrounding area appears to have been graded to approximate original contour and is well stabilized with vegetation. The surrounding field appears to have been recently mowed. No temporary E&S controls were observed. All rock lined ditches, culverts and energy dissipaters appear functional. The first energy dissipater on the east side of the haul road was holding standing water at the time of the inspection.
