2427230 Primary Facility 2015-11-17 Site Restoration No Violations Noted The Department inspected the SWEPI LP – Williams 889 site (ESX10-117-0089) located in Deerfield Twp., Tioga Co. on 11/17/2015 @ 1530 hours in response to receipt of a Notice of Termination and Well Site Restoration Report ,received by the Department on 10/19/2015. The weather was sunny and 47 degrees.The entire pad area has been fully restored to a farm field. Only the constructed entrance remains. No well head was observed. According the the WSRR the well was conductored but never drilled. The conductor was recently plugged prior to the complete restoration of the site.
