| 2568288 | Primary Facility | 2017-03-03 | Site Restoration | No Violations Noted | On 3/3/17 I conducted a restoration inspection following receipt of the Notice of Termination (NOT) for the Stewart 805 well site. It was overcast with snow showers and 25 degrees F. No one was present at the site.
Well permits for the Stewart 805 2H, 4H and 6H were issued in 2012 and 2014. The operator reported that the wells were proposed, however never materialized, and the permits have since expired. The NOT was received on 2/10/17 and states that the well site was not constructed. I reviewed the NOT on 3/3/17 and found it to be administratively correct. A field review confirms that the well site has not been built. I recommend approval of the NOT. No violations were cited during this inspection. TLT |
