Tioga County conducted September 13, 2016 at approximately 12:00 pm. There were (3) wells on the pad at the time of inspection; the 5HB (Inactive Status), the 1V (Inactive Status), and the 1V (Plugged). There were no pressure gauges on the well, just a taylor plug valve on one of the production casing’s wing valve for a pressure gauge probe or crystal gauge. There was an ESD valve on the proposed line out to prod. equip. with manual lever (not hooked to gas). The cellar was filled with gravel with (4) vent pipes total plumbed to surface.
