The weather was 34 degrees, overcast with snow flurries.
The pad size has been reduced to ~125’ x 150’. A single well is present on the pad with an adequate ID tag. The vegetative area around the gravel pad surface shows signs of heavy animal traffic and rutting from farm equipment. The vegetative cover is ~ 50%, less in some areas. Based on conditions present during today’s inspection, this site does not meet the requirements of 25 PA Code § 102.22. It is recommended this NOT be returned. The WSRR will retained for future resubmittal of the NOT. Please contact me with any questions. |

The weather was 59 degrees, overcast. An adequate site ID sign was located at the entrance to the access road. A copy of the well permit and the onsite inspection log were located in the mailbox. The site was last inspected by company personnel on 4/182016 with “no visible issues” recorded in the comments section.
The pad size has been reduced to ~125’ x 150’. A single well is present on the pad with an adequate ID tag. The immediate area around the pad appears stable, but has been reverted back to pre-permit agricultural land use. Based on conditions present during today’s inspection, this site meets the requirements of 25 PA Code § 102.22. It is recommended this NOT be approved. The WSRR has been reviewed and processed.
