The pad appears to be in accordance with the Site Restoration Plan (Figure 6) of the E&S Plan. The immediate area around the well was stabilized with rock and the surrounding area was stabilized with perennial vegetation and was determined to meet the requirements of 25 Pa Code §102.22(a)(2) (i) Permanent Stabilization. Some E&S controls remained on site (silt sock on the western perimeter of the site, this must be moved before the Notice of Termination can be approved.
