2829405 Primary Facility 2019-01-18 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a routine inspection of SWEPI's Vandergrift 290 Well Pad in Charleston Twp, Tioga County on 1/18/2019 at 1240 hours. The weather was 32 degrees, cloudy and 1/4 inch of snow covered the pad surface.

This pad has been reduced in size and the resized portions are well vegetated. There are currently 6 wells (1H-6H) that appear to be capable of production with two production tanks. The site is well vegetated and remains stabilized. No erosional issues were observed today.

No violations or issues noted today, I departed the site at 1300 hours.
