The last inspection conducted on behalf of the operator was on 10/9/2013. The site is stabilized and well vegetated, no issues were noted. Drilling of the 1V well was completed in 8/27/2010. No violations were cited during this inspection.
2454035 Primary Facility 2016-02-25 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) inspected the SWEPI – Sorensen 876 site, in Osceola Twp., Tioga Co. on 2/25/2016 @ 1030 hours. The weather was 39° overcast with periods of rain/freezing rain. The access road appeared to be in good condition. A copy of the well permit for the Sorensen 876 1V 117-20666 was located in the mailbox, along with a copy of the E&S plan and the onsite inspection log. The site was last inspected by company personnel on 2/18/2016 with the comments, “site snow covered” recorded. The total project area is listed as 7.11 acres with the total disturbed area listed as 7.11 acres. The receiving waters are Northern Side – Holden Creek and Southern Side – Redhouse Run/ Susquehanna River Basin in PA (WWF).

The weather was 78° sunny. The access road appeared to be in good condition. A copy of the well permit for the Sorensen 876 1V 117-20666 was located in the mailbox, along with a copy of the E&S plan and the onsite inspection log. The site was last inspected by company personnel on 6/27/2016 with the comments, “crew is removing sed sock” recorded. On 5/18/2016 the inspection log lists the comments “erosion channels vegetated, veg @70%, sed sock can be removed.” The total project area is listed as 7.11 acres with the total disturbed area listed as 7.11 acres.
