2605058 Primary Facility 2017-06-16 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 6/16/17 at 0816 hrs I conducted a routine inspection at the Halteman 611 well site. It was overcast with showers and 61 degrees F. No one was present during my inspection.

The Halteman 611 well is a vertical Marcellus well that was drilled in April - May 2010; it was placed on inactive status on 2/11/14. A gurgling noise was audible from one of the annulus vents (Photo #1); this will be referred to an Oil & Gas Inspector for follow up. The well was tagged and an Act 9 sign is present at the access road entrance.

The site was restored in 2012 (Photo #2). Areas immediately surrounding the well site are permanently stabilized. Land use beyond the pad area is in agricultural production and the landowner has planted his fields with corn. The erosion and sediment (E&S) inspection log documents that the farmer has been storing lime on the well site; this can be seen in aerial imagery of the site (Photo #3). Specific conductance field measurements from puddles on the well pad ranged between 353 - 936 micro Sie
