The fill slopes were fully vegetated and appeared stable. The cellar around the well head did contain some standing water. Puddles were observed on the pad surface and the conductivity was measured at 150 µs/cm. The containment around the produced fluid tanks contained standing water and the conductivity was measured at 750 µs/cm. |

At the time of this inspection, stilling basins/level spreaders are still visible but appear to contain ~70% vegetation. Silt sock is still visble along the haul road (see attached pictures). |

There is currently one producing well onsite with two production tanks. The pad is partially snow covered and fluids on the pad surface were frozen. Fluid within the GPU containment had a field measured conductivity of 200 us/cm today. The landowner is storing a few pieces of farming equipment onsite. No erosional issues were observed. The pad is very well vegetated and stabilized. No issues or violations noted. I departed the site at 1300 hours. |
