It was 28°, cloudy with snow flurries. 28 mph winds out of the west. An adequate site ID sign was located at the entrance to the access road. The mailbox was located on the back of site ID sign. The mailbox contained the onsite inspection log and a copy of the E&S plan. The site was last inspected by company personnel on 1/7/2016 with “no change” recorded in the comments section. On 12/22/2015 “areas of slumping on well pad cut slope monitoring” were recorded in the comments section.
