Present onsite for the inspection was Matt Bowman, OSR SWEPI. Mr. Bowman stated they had just completed the frack on the 26H well and had pulled up the containment Friday. SWEPI found three areas of elevated soil conductivity during their post-frack screening with readings between 5-6 mS/cm. SWEPI removed the material, excavating down ~1”, and back-filled the areas with clean material. Since no holes or tears in the containment were observed, Mr. Bowman stated the fluid most likely seeped over the edge and underneath the containment. A small area of standing water and mud was observed in the SW corner of the pad. The puddle appeared to be draining from a small pile of wet material nearby; the field conductivity was measured at ~2 mS/cm. A violation of Section 3218.2(a) OGA 58 Pa.
