2506315 Primary Facility 2016-07-28 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) inspected the Talisman Energy USA, Inc. Bower 408 well pad (ESX09-117-0030) located in Jackson Twp., Tioga Co. on 7/28/2016 @ 1300 hours. An adequate site ID sign was observed at the entrance to the access road. A large yellow jackets nest was observed in the E&S mailbox.

The site appears to currently be in production. A single well was observed on the pad surface. A well ID tag was visible. No fluid was observed in the secondary containment surround the produced water tanks. The pad surface appears to have been mostly restored and vegetated. cut and fill slope areas appear stable. No violations are noted at this time. I departed the site @ 1330 hours.

2854897 Primary Facility 2019-03-18 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a routine inspection of Repsol's Bowers 408 Well Site in Jackson Twp, Tioga County on 3/18/2019 at 1235 hours. The weather was mostly cloudy and 36 degrees. The act 9 sign was observed at the entrance to the site. The E&S Plan was in the mailbox by the gate.

There is currently one producing well onsite (Bowers 408 1H). The site is well vegetated, stabilized and no erosion issues were seen. Other than a small road around the well, this site is almost all vegetation. No PSCM BMPs are onsite. Containment structures were intact, functioning, and no spills or releases were observed. Puddles on the pad surface were within normal conductivity ranges.

No violations or issues noted. I departed the site at 1315.
