2047117 Primary Facility 2012-02-23 Routine/Complete Inspection Viol(s) Noted & Immediately Corrected Hyd oil on ground. They put absorbent pads on it
2464225 Primary Facility 2016-03-10 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted 4 Marcellus Shale wells producing natural gas from this pad
2596680 Primary Facility 2017-05-19 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted An inspection was conducted of the DCNR 02–002 and compressor station site on May 19, 2017 from approximately 10 AM to approximately 11 AM. Repsol is reminded that weekly inspections are to be conducted until such time as the notice of termination has been approved for the erosion and sedimentation control general permit. No violations were cited during this inspection. The area of the compressor station was not inspected although the surrounding area appears to be stabilized
2600319 Primary Facility 2017-06-02 Administrative/File Review No Violations Noted And administrative inspection was completed to document the fact that in a previous inspection report, due to a typographical error in department records, it was incorrectly noted the erosion and sedimentation control general permit (ESCGP)h had expired. The ESCGP for this site actually expires on 10/9/2019.
2605085 Primary Facility 2017-06-14 Site Restoration No Violations Noted EC readings (mS/cm) w Oakton PCSTestr 35: separator containment--0.24, production tank containment--0.16, pad--0.33
2650635 Primary Facility 2017-10-23 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well producing.

Cool/windy at time of inspection.

One 2" annulus vent.

2790052 Primary Facility 2018-10-10 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted ~20' onto the pad from the access gate, gravel has dark staining, and a puddle has a cream color substance floating on it (photo 3). I used a MiniRAE 3000 Photo Ionization Detector (PID) and got readings of 3.0-6.0 ppm (photo 2) from above the stained area, indicating that volatile gas is present. Apparently, there is some residual hydraulic oil on the pad surface, which is a violation of SWMA 301.

I spoke with Ben Younkin & Kris Perritt (both Repsol) by telephone; they explained that a hydraulic oil release (~1 gallon) happened in the area that is stained, which Repsol reported on September 20, 2018. They planned to apply absorbents and cover the area with plastic tomorrow, then excavate to remove the affected pad material in 2 days (Friday October 12, 2018). I used an Oakton PCSTestr 35 to get readings from pooled liquid on site. A puddle on the pad surface near the production tanks returned a 0.35 mS/cm reading. Golder documented the excavation cleanup on Friday October 12, 2018 (email & photos atta

2790566 Primary Facility 2018-10-17 Follow-up Inspection No Violations Noted Repsol excavated to remove some of the pad surface that was stained by a reported hydraulic oil spill. I used a MiniRAE 3000 PID to check for volatile gases above the excavated area; it did not detect any.

I got a 0.13 mS/cm fro a water puddle near the center of the pad using an Oakton PCSTestr 35 today. JLP
