2642141 Primary Facility 2017-09-29 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 9/29/17 at 1339 hrs I conducted a routine inspection at the Marshlands Unit (MU) 1 well site. It was overcast and 66 degrees F. No one was present during my inspection.

The MU 1 well is tagged and in production. Produced water is stored in a tank near the site entrance. The tank is staged in containment, which held several inches of water; the field measured specific conductance reading was "Or" on my meter (>19.99 milli Siemens/cm). No damp areas or staining were observed around the perimeter of the containment. I sent an email to SWEPI representative, Pat Bernethy, and requested that the fluid be removed from the containment and the integrity of the tank be evaluated.

Interim restoration has been completed and the site is permanently stabilized. The pad surface was dry and no staining or evidence of spills was noted.

No violations were cited during this inspection. I concluded the inspection at 1500 hrs. TLT
