At the time of inspection, the well has 7" casing with tubing, both of which are shut in from production. The backside of 7" x 9 5/8" surface casing annulus was open with some standing water on top. No bubbling or venting was observed. No obvious major integrity issues were noted. A Notice of Intent to plug this well was received and plugging was scheduled for earlier this week.

The well has surface casing set @709' and openhole to TD @ 3180'. Plants and Goodwin are on location rigging up for plug and abandonment. I spoke with the contractor. The well reportedly had ~260 PSI prior to rig up and blew down in 6 minutes. No obvious issues were observed.

Plants and Goodwin are off location following plug and abandonment. The well is plugged, cut, marked, and buried. There were no open holes, discharges, or any other obvious issues observed at the time of inspection. No gas was detected with an Altair 5x gas meter at the surface location of the well.
