2812787 Primary Facility 2018-12-03 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I performed a RTNC inspection of the Hordis well site. The township road leading to the site was tarred and chipped and did not appear to be much affected by truck traffic despite being extremely wet due to snow and frost melt along with recent rains.
    The access road was a bit muddy but appeared to have a fresh layer of number 3 stone applied recently to combat the unusually wet conditions.  Alongside the access road were multiple newly installed BMPs.  All appeared correctly installed and effective.  As I walked the area along the access road I noted no sediment appeared to be leaving the LOD downgradient of any BMP.  
    I arrived at the wellpad, which was active with Rig  532 onsite.  I briefly spoke with Aaron Wilhite, company man.  He stated that stone had recently been applied to the road surface to combat muddy conditions, and they've been battling the mud on the well pad surface as best as possible.
