Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2762409 Primary Facility 2018-08-10 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At time of inspection.

On site for a new spud inspection. Met with company man David Dewberry. United Drilling was on site to drill and set the conductor pipe on the 1H, 4H, 5H, 6H, 7H, 9H, 10H, 12H and 14H wells. All the conductor pipes were set at 92' and Halliburton was on site and cementing them in. The 4H and 5H were cemented and they were on the 6H when I arrived on site. They plan to cement all the wells today. There was a new sign with the permit numbers put at the entrance, the new permit numbers were correct. There are three existing wells on site, the 2H, 3H and 8H. The permit number for the 2H was correct, the 3H was incorrect and there was no permit number for the 8H. The permit numbers were on the entrance sign and correct during prier inspections. David updated the sign before I left the site. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted

2772726 Primary Facility 2018-09-10 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At time of inspection.

Met with company man Will Dean. PD 181 was on site to drill and set the surface and intermediate casings. There are three existing wells on site that are temporarily plugged and there are nine new wells on site to be drilled. They are on the second of the nine wells. They were rigged up on the 7H at a depth of 467', they pulled the drill pipe to change the drill bit and when they went back in the hole the bit got stuck in the hole at 194'. They were waiting for a set of jars to jar the pipe loose. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted.
