2833411 Primary Facility 2019-01-30 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Arrived on location at 09:30. Weather: 13 degs., Clear, recent snow fall ~ 6". Onsite to perform inspection of (8) newly drilled wells on this pad, the Diaz 051, 052, 053, 054, 055, 056, 057 & 058.

All (8) wells have had the top-hole intervals, surface and intermediate casings, drilled, cased and cemented by the PD #181 rig. Night caps have been installed atop all wells wellheads. (8) annular poly vent tanks and lines have been installed at edge of pad. Operator will be moving Directional Rig onto location in near future to complete drilling these wells to TD. Liner and drill mats were covered with snow restricting access at time of inspection. No obvious concerns or violations were noted. Left location at 11:00.
