Only noted discrepancy is shown in Photo # 9, a cross culvert with associated rock apron not listed on plan, other than red lined ditch which discharges to this culvert. This unlisted culvert is located up gradient of the Culvert # 10. Please red line this unlisted culvert and have the design engineer sign off on this red line. No violations noted. OK to spud.
2828019 Primary Facility 2019-01-16 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Arrived on location at 14:45. Weather: ~ 30 degs., light snow flurries. On location to perform routine inspection of newly spud wells on pad. This is a newly constructed pad location. (10) wells have had 20" conductors, 16" mouse-holes and CellarTech units installed. Actual set depths of conductors unknown at time of inspection. New well numbers are the Forwood 1H, 2H, 3H, 4H, 5H, 6H, 7H, 8H, 9H & 10H wells.
 Overall wells and location were found in good condition. No violations were noted at time of inspection. Left site at 15:45.
