Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2813423 Primary Facility 2018-12-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I performed a RTNC inspection of the Molnar well site. The weather was about 31 degrees Fahrenheit under sunny skies. There was a bit of snow here and there and the ground was frozen.
The access road was long but well kept. The road was solid and stable, as was the pad surface. The pad was built on a stone base, and the cut slopes reflected this, being mostly rock. There was vegetation however it was relatively sparse, as the area was mostly stone, with little soil to support growth. The fill slope was well vegetated with raspberry and other perennials.
The well pad appeared to be free of erosional issues at the time of inspection.
The wells were properly labeled, and there were no violations noted.
