Mead well pad was called in by the Susquehanna County Conservation District. This was investigated by Frank Hoehle of the Department of Environmental Protection, and at the time, it was observed that there was mud on the road, but it was in the process of being swept up and the Rock Construction Entrance of that well pad was being bolstered by additional stone. The mud on the road was extending down the road and was also a problem at the Diaz well pad entrance, but was also being taken care of at the time. An additional follow up inspection by Briana Cunningham on the following Monday, January 23rd, 2017 revealed a larger amount of mud on SR167, and some follow up emails from Steve Watson informed the Department tha |
