A slug/burp of production fluid exited the hatch on the top of a production fluid tank in the form of a mist as a Cabot well tender was in the process of performing maintenance on the Grosvenor 1H well. The well tender was adding soap sticks into the well to decease the hydrostatic pressure of the water in the well. |
