Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2233516 Primary Facility 2014-01-02 Preoperation Inspection No Violations Noted The Department was on site at the Cabot Kielar D. Well Site to conduct a Preoperational Inspection. Well permits that have been issued for this pad are the 1H (115-21463), 2H (115-21464), and the 3H (115-21465). All perimeter BMP’s in place and include red lined additions. Noted was the fact that filter sock is being utilized for deflection purposes. What type of sock fabric is being utilized? What type of filler material is being utilized? There is an expectation on the Department’s side that a less permeable fill material be utilized. No violations noted.
2544755 Primary Facility 2016-12-05 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 12/5/16, the Department conducted an inspection of the COG Kielar D Well Site. All 3 wells permitted for this site have been drilled and placed into production. The well pad has been fenced in with a chain link fence topped with barb wire. Perennial vegetation appears to be well established. All slopes stable. No violations noted.
2655064 Primary Facility 2017-10-30 Site Restoration No Violations Noted This inspection was conducted to confirm Cabot's assessment that the project meets the minimum requirements for permanent stabilization. The Departments determination is that the site meets the requirements for permit termination.
