After performing an administrative review of the plan and a site inspection, I do not agree that site conditions meet the requirements for the termination of this permit. Namely, many areas of the site contain exposed erodible material and do not meet the 70 percent permanent perennial vegetative cover requirements for site restoration. Operator, please consult your plan and determine whether these areas should be reseeded/mulched before resubmitting the NOT. No violations were noted.
