2294304 | Primary Facility | 2014-07-21 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Arrived at the site at 11:15. I was accompanied by Gene Rickard DEP O&G WQS during the inspection. There was no activity at the site during the inspection. There were frac tanks on the location not stored on secondary containment. It appears as if the tanks were empty. I recorded (2.5) milliSiemens/cm conductvity in standing water in the secondary containment for the EFS flowback gas buster tank. It appears as if this tank is being used to store production fluid. The 3H well is in production. Departed from the site at 12:00. |
