There was old containment on the ground around the cellar. The cellar was about half full of water and what appeared to be oil on top of the water with no bubbling noticed. The (13x9) annulus vent pipe was open and venting into a small plastic tank, the (9x5) annulus vent pipe was open and venting into a small plastic tank. All the annulus vent pipes were connected to one pipe going into the same tank. There was 611psi on the production casing. I spoke with Mitch Blascak (well tender for Cabot), he said he would have the cellar cleaned out and the containment picked up. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. I left the site at 11:40a.m. |
